Finishing Process

We offer finishing processes like stitching, glueing, trimming and folding, as well individual and group packaging. We have three Muller Martini saddle-stitchers, Kolbus - perfect binding line and three-knife trimmer, Smyth book sewing machine, two folding machines, two guillotines, packaging machines and other.

Technical parameters:

• Hot melt perfect binding line with three-knife trimmer and stacker - Kolbus KM 470;
• 3 Saddle-stitchers - Muller Martini;
• Book sewing machine - SMYTH F.145;
• Folding machines - MBO K 760 4 Super KTL, 70 х 100 cm and Stahl RD-56 M, 50 х 70 cm;
• Paper guillotines - PERFECTA SEYPA, 115 cm TSCS (Touch Screen Control System) and LG LONGER 1150 CD - 115 cm;
• Individual packaging line in shrink wrap tunnel – ComiPack.
